Bogotá, My City, My Home will be the venue for major business and tourism events in 2025! Following the successful organization of 78 MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events by the Bogotá Convention Bureau of Invest in Bogotá in 2024, many initiatives will come to fruition this year, covering globally significant topics like health, infrastructure, logistics, transportation, science, and technology.

Top Events in Bogotá for the First Half of 2025

Ringana Convention

On Friday, February 28, the Austrian cosmetics company Ringana, known for its focus on product development, environmental protection, resource savings, CO2 reduction, and corporate social responsibility, will hold its convention at the W Bogotá Hotel on March 1.

UPADI Convention

From March 4 to 7, the Pan American Federation of Engineering Societies (UPADI) will hold its convention, fostering the integration of engineering associations across the region to contribute actively to the economic and social development of communities.

Harm Reduction International Conference (HR25)

Taking place in Bogotá from April 27 to 30, this conference will host over 1,500 attendees, generating an estimated economic impact of nearly USD 2 million. The event will explore a paradigm shift in addressing global drug challenges and propose innovative strategies to tackle the issue.

PCMA Convening LATAM

From May 4 to 6, the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) will bring its leadership convention to Bogotá - its first in Latin America. PCMA Convening LATAM is a transformative platform that blends PCMA's global expertise with the creativity and passion of Latin American event industry professionals.

15th Meeting of ACOLAP

From May 21 to 23, Bogotá will host the 15th Meeting of the Colombian Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (ACOLAP), expecting an audience of 500 participants.

10th Latin American and Caribbean Social Sciences Conference (CLACSO)

From June 7 to 12, Bogotá will host the world’s largest academic and political event in social sciences and humanities. With around 9,000 participants, this event is projected to generate an economic impact of approximately USD 8.5 million.

The College Music Society (CMS)

From June 15 to 23, CMS will hold its annual conference in Bogotá and Medellín in collaboration with the International Alliance for Women in Music (IAWM). This event highlights the achievements of the music profession in higher education.

IAJBS World Forum

From June 27 to 30, Bogotá’s Pontificia Universidad Javeriana will host the World Forum of the International Association of Jesuit Business Schools (IAJBS).

Second Half of 2025 Events

GRAPPA Annual Meeting and Fellows Symposium

From July 10 to 12, Bogotá will host the 15th Annual Meeting and Fellows Symposium of GRAPPA (Group for Research and Assessment of Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis), welcoming 250 participants.

ORITEL Congress

From September 4 to 6, Bogotá will host the International Congress of ORITEL (International Organization of Telethons).

Living Data 2025

From October 21 to 24, Bogotá will hold the Living Data 2025 conference, focusing on global data exchange standards, biodiversity conservation, and information accessibility.

7th International Conference on Family Planning

From November 3 to 6, the prestigious Johns Hopkins University will organize this event in Bogotá, expecting approximately 4,500 attendees and generating USD 6.8 million in economic impact.

SLTC Rubber Technology and Tire Recycling Conferences

From November 10 to 14, Bogotá will host the 18th Latin American Rubber Technology Conference and the 4th Latin American Tire Recycling Conference, organized by the Latin American Rubber Technology Society (SLTC).
