The Planetarium of Bogotá was selected as the main headquarters of the Association of Planetariums of South America-APAS for the year 2021, being the capital of Colombia the first city in the north of the South American continent to be the headquarters of this important Association.
For the District Planetarium and main headquarters of ASAP, belonging to this important group of planetariums will give them the opportunity to internationalize, meaning, "projecting to the world and bring from the world, that the outside and the inside can cooperate", which will also be one of the main challenges, explains Carlos Molina, Coordinator of the Bogotá Planetarium.
